  • Advised and represented a Statutory body before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in an insolvency matter involving a dispute of USD 15 million.
  • Advised and represented a Statutory body before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in an insolvency matter involving a dispute of USD 12 million.
  • Advised and represented a Techno Engineering consultant before an Arbitral Tribunal in a construction dispute of USD 33 million.
  • Advised and represented a Regulatory Authority before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka in a matter involving dispute of USD 40 million.
  • Advised and represented a Government Company before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in a challenge to the arbitral award of USD 13 million.
  • Advised and represented a Government Company before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in opposing a challenge to a tender of USD 7 million by an infrastructure Company.
  • Advised and represented a Government Company before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in opposing a claim of USD 13 million by a Company involved in Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC).
  • Advised the Official Liquidator in matters relating to the sale of assets, claim verification, and proceedings arising out of liquidation disputes.
  • Advised and represented high ranking government officials before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and obtained stay on contempt proceedings initiated against them by the High Court.
  • Advised a company in a transaction for raising USD 27 million through joint investment agreement(s) between the parties.
  • Advised a company in transaction and execution of a cross-border agreement for the sale and supply of perfumes in United Kingdom and Spain.
  • Advised and represented various Government Companies before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi for appointment of Arbitrator(s) for adjudication of dispute(s).
