- Advised and represented a Techno Engineering consultant before an Arbitral Tribunal in a construction dispute of USD 33 million.
- Advised and represented a Government Company before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in opposing a claim of USD 13 million by a Company involved in Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC).
- Advised and represented an ex-director of the Corporate Debtor before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Ld. National Company Law Tribunal in a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Proceedings involving claim of USD 130 million.
- Advised and represented various Government Companies before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi for appointment of Arbitrator(s) for adjudication of dispute(s).
- Advised and represented a private bank before sub-ordinate Courts of Delhi in matters pertaining to cybercrime and data breach.
- Advised and represented an e-Commerce food chain in a Trademark infringement matter before the Delhi District Court.
