Shashank Manish is an Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India. He is 2010 B.A. LLB. (Hons.) graduate of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar. Shashank has more than 15 years of experience in advising and representing law enforcement agencies, domestic and international clients in criminal litigation and disputes, white collar crimes, commercial disputes and arbitration.
Shashank is a Standing Counsel of National Medical Commission and is also empanelled as an Advocate in companies and agencies like Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Competition Commission of India, National Highways Industrial Development Corporation Ltd., APEDA, Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation, Prasar Bharti, Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Ltd., Bureau of Indian Standards, HDFC, Export Import Bank of India, Damodar Valley Corporation, Solar Energy Corporation of India, NBCC (India) Ltd., Software Technology Parks of India, Indian Telephone Industry Ltd.., Employees’ Provident Fund Organization, National Seeds Corporation, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Haryana Public Service Commission, Hindustan Insecticides Ltd., NCERT, NIT Delhi etc. He is also the Advocate on Record for Reliance General Insurance Co. Central Bureau of Investigation in Babri Masjid demolition case and Department of Telecommunications, Union of India in 2G spectrum case before the Supreme Court of India.
Shashank is also a corporate and real estate counsel and has been practising real estate laws. He has rendered pioneering advisory and legal assistance in the field of real estate and property laws, litigation and arbitration, associated regulatory works, compliances, transactions and disputes to a large number of real estate developers/ industries.

In his illustrious career, Shashank has advised and represented companies including, DLF Limited, Birla Estates Private Limited, Godrej Properties Ltd. Welspun, Renew, Orris, Kukreja Builders, National Highways Industrial Development Corporation Ltd., Lake View Developers (Hiranandani), Shrachi Burdwan Developers to name a few.

Shashank was a Partner in the dispute resolution team of renowned law firms like Saraf and Partners, New Delhi and P&A Law Offices, New Delhi. He started his professional carrier in 2010 as a Law Clerk cum Research Assistant under the guidance and supervision of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Deepak Verma, Judge, Supreme Court of India. After his clerkship, Shashank joined the chambers of Late Mr. P.P. Rao, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India and a doyen of law. In view of his professional growth as an Advocate on Record, he joined the best law firm of India in dispute resolution – Agarwal Law Associates where he practised before various forums under the supervision of Mr. E.C. Agrawala and Mr. Mahesh Agarwal.
Shashank’s practice focuses on court litigation, criminal and civil disputes, international and domestic commercial arbitrations (ad-hoc and institutional), real estate matters, white-collar crimes and insolvency matters. He advises and practices across diverse dispute resolution forums, including Supreme Court, various High Courts, trial courts, tribunals, and other regulatory and quasi-judicial commissions. He regularly represents clients before ad-hoc and major arbitration institutions.
Shashank has also represented clients who have been arrayed as an accused in proceedings initiated by several law enforcement agencies in India such as key managerial persons of LG Korea, a Korean Global electronics conglomerate, Google, a US based web search engine, Bharti enterprise, Bhushan Steel, Sanofi, JHS Svendgaard, Mylan India and KPR Agrochem, to name a few. He has also represented Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., a Maharatna Company, Schlumberger Asia Services Ltd., a US based global oilfield services company, Amazon.com and Amazon Seller Services, US based e-commerce company, Schneider Electronics, a French energy and electronics multinational company in arbitration and related proceedings. Shashank has also represented TATA Steel BSL in its insolvency proceedings.
