- Advised and represented a Statutory body before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in an insolvency matter involving a dispute of USD 1 million.
- Advised a Statutory body in managing the funds of a social security trust of a disinvested airlines company worth over USD 4 million.
- Advised and represented an ex-director of the Corporate Debtor before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and Ld. National Company Law Tribunal in a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Proceedings involving claim of USD 130 million.
- Advised and represented an e-Commerce food chain in a Trademark infringement matter before the Delhi District Court.
- Advised a major Indian public sector power company in a high-stakes arbitration dispute against a Company, valued at nearly USD 1 million, concerning the supply of defective solar PV modules.
- Advised a client in a transaction for issuance of Request for Proposal for maintenance of IT platforms.
- Advised and represented various Government Companies before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi for appointment of Arbitrator(s) for adjudication of dispute(s).
